- 3–4 year olds: 9:00–9:30am
- 5–10 year olds: 8:00–9:00am
- 11–16 year olds: 9:00–10:00am
- Goalkeeping (6–10 year olds): 9:00–9:30am *new*
- Goalkeeping (11–16 year olds): 8:30–9:00am *new*
Note: The Weekend Friendly Series matches will replace all regular training on Sunday 28th April. Booking for the matches will close at 9am on Friday 26th April
