Book an RMCO Training Session in 3 Simple Steps
Last week we announced that Little League Soccer would be opening limited training sessions during Malaysia’s RMCO period. Those sessions are now just a few days away and slots are filling up fast.
Here’s how to secure your spot at our first outdoor training sessions since March!
Step 1: Pick a Date
Sessions take place on Saturday and Sundays starting 20th June and running until 31st August unless any further announcements are made regarding sports training. Until further notice, all classes will take place at The New Camp, Bandar Utama
Step 2: Pick a Time
With limited places at each session, we’ve increased the number of classes every Saturday and Sunday. Players can now choose from 2 or 3 available time slots for each age group – 1 or 2 in the morning and 1 in the evening.
Step 3: Pick a Coach
For the first time ever, we’re letting you choose your coach! Four coaches are assigned to each time slot, and after you’ve selected your age group, date and time, you can pick who you want to coach you. Slots are limited though so be fast!
Don’t miss out – only 16 slots available for each training session!
RMCO Training Details
The introduction of the Recovery Movement Control Order means that Little League Soccer outdoor training can return in a limited capacity on Saturday 20th June! After 3 months of online training only, our sessions can final begin to return to the outdoors with some strict guidelines and operating procedures. So how will training during the RMCO look?
Number of Players
Each training session will be strictly limited to 16 players, with a 4:1 child to coach ratio. These players will be spread across The New Camp’s 2 full-size football fields – a space of over 12,000 square metres. Until social distancing rules regarding football are relaxed, each player will train in their own individual area measuring 750 square metres.
To ensure classes are as productive as possible, each age group will be allocated set times for their training sessions.
Training sessions will last 45 minutes to allow sufficient time for players who have completed their class to leave the pitch before players arrive for the next class. All players and parents are asked to leave the field promptly after their session and, when arriving, to remain in their vehicle until their session is ready to begin.
Classes cost RM25 per player.
All payments must be made online, however parents may take advantage of our new payment system which now supports online bank transfers from all major Malaysian banks! If you would rather pay by credit or debit card, you can securely enter your card details on our checkout page – no need for PayPal!
All players entering the field will have their temperature checked and recorded and their name ticked on the session attendance register. If a child records a temperature higher than 37C they will not be allowed to enter and will be asked to return home (parents, if you are not staying at The New Camp, please ensure your child has been granted access to the field before you depart).
While we usually encourage parents to watch their children play from the sidelines, during the RMCO parents are asked to remain in their vehicles and not come on to the field. This is to help us reduce the number of people at The New Camp. You will be required to enter your phone number when registering for a class; this number will be used in the case of an emergency or if the parent is required for any reason.
