1. More time for all age groups

A new format for the March event will see the Weekend Friendly Series split across 2 days. The Under 6, Under 8 and Under 10 age groups will play their matches on Saturday 30th March while the Under 12, Under 14 and Under 16 age groups will play on Sunday 31st March.

Matches will start at 8am and finish at 10am, giving all players loads of game time and experience.

2. It's all to play for!

After January’s Round 1 at Melawati, Eco Ardence FA sit at the top of the 2019 WFS table with an average of 1.86 points per game. They’re closely followed by Bandar Utama and UM Park who will both be looking to catch their Setia Alam peers in Round 2.

3. The best match kits

Received your 2019 match kit between Round 1 and Round 2 of the Weekend Friendly Series? Now’s the perfect time to wear it with pride and represent your Little League training centre. So whether it’s the light blue of Bandar Utama, the green of UM Park, the red of Melawati or the dark blue of Eco Ardence – we want to see those jerseys!

4. Awesome event highlights

You know the Weekend Friendly Series means photos, videos and all the best action. With Round 2 split over 2 days, there’ll be more coverage this time than ever before – so bring your best smiles and your top celebrations.

5. Brilliant event venue

Few football pitches in the Klang Valley offer a better location for a football tournament than Ardence Arena. With plenty of space around the pitches, loads of parking, and on-site cafes, restaurants and activities, we couldn’t ask for a more welcoming venue.

6. Real match experience

With no Weekend Friendly Series round last month due to the Chinese New Year holidays and KL Cup tournament, there’s been a lot of time spent on the training field. Round 2 is your chance to show what you’ve learned and put all that training into practice. Good luck!
